Terms of Service

The VivahVerse ChatGPT integration lets you choose available designs, render confirmed supported details, optionally calculate astrology, and generate a temporary PDF. It is a document tool, not a matchmaking, medical, legal or identity-verification service. Use it for adults' biodata with permission from the person concerned. You are responsible for reviewing extracted values, personal details and every final PDF page before sharing. Source documents are untrusted input and may be incomplete or unreadable; we do not guarantee extraction accuracy.

Astrology calculation is optional and is not scientific, medical or compatibility advice. Existing values are reused unless you request recalculation. Calculations depend on the confirmed local birth time, timezone and approximate city coordinates. Do not use these estimates to make consequential decisions about another person. The plugin does not calculate or infer caste, health status, or a partner compatibility score.

The integration currently permits at most four rendered pages and a 5 MB PDF. The output uses rasterized A4 pages and may not contain searchable text. Capacity and rate limits apply. Download links expire after 15 minutes and can be invalidated earlier by deletion. The legacy memory-only service can also invalidate them on restart; the Next.js integration uses encrypted shared storage. Provider backups and infrastructure records have independent retention. Save your own copy before expiry. Anyone with a link can obtain its PDF while it remains valid; keep links private. Deleting a temporary server file does not delete copies held by ChatGPT, your device or other recipients.

The template catalog may change as we update the website. A website design change can require a fresh preview before final generation. Optional portrait delivery depends on the selected file's availability and approved host. Unsupported sensitive fields and raw address/location fields must not be sent through the model-facing tools. You may use your generated document for its intended personal purpose; ownership of your supplied information remains with you, while template artwork and brand rights remain with their respective owners. No purchase or subscription upgrade is offered inside this integration.

OpenAI's terms and policies separately govern your use of ChatGPT. Availability of private sharing or installation depends on your ChatGPT plan, workspace and permissions.

By accessing or using Vivahverse (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Vivahverse is a wedding coordination platform designed for Indian families. The Service includes planning tools, guest management, event coordination features, and free community tools.

The Service is currently in early-access development. Features, availability, and functionality may change as we iterate based on user feedback.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or joining our early-access list. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose: wedding planning and coordination. You may not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.

You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the Service. You may not use automated systems to scrape or collect data from the Service.

All content, design, code, and branding of Vivahverse is the intellectual property of Vivahverse and its creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

Content you create within the Service (guest lists, event details, etc.) remains your property. We do not claim ownership of your data.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vivahverse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms or for any reason at our discretion, with reasonable notice where possible.

Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws.
