By accessing or using Vivahverse (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Vivahverse is a wedding coordination platform designed for Indian families. The Service includes planning tools, guest management, event coordination features, and free community tools.

The Service is currently in early-access development. Features, availability, and functionality may change as we iterate based on user feedback.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or joining our early-access list. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose: wedding planning and coordination. You may not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.

You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the Service. You may not use automated systems to scrape or collect data from the Service.

All content, design, code, and branding of Vivahverse is the intellectual property of Vivahverse and its creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

Content you create within the Service (guest lists, event details, etc.) remains your property. We do not claim ownership of your data.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vivahverse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms or for any reason at our discretion, with reasonable notice where possible.

Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws.
